Reservation Policy
The reservation requests shall be done via e-mail and will be confirmed the same way no later than 24 hours upon reception of the request. Most tours will operate with a minimum of 2 participants; some tours though require a minimum of 6 participants (please refer to each tour description).
Aventuras México Profundo will guarantee operation eight weeks before tour start and regardless of any later cancellations we shall not cancel operation of any tour beyond that date.
Once we guarantee operation eight weeks before tour start we request an advance payment of 50% of the total booking amount to formalize the reservation. Once we confirm payment you will receive both your booking reconfirmation and payment receipt via e-mail.
PAYMENT CONDITIONS:
Aventuras México Profundo requests 50% of your booking’s total amount eight weeks before tour start and the remaining 50% three weeks before tour start. We offer various convenient and secure payment options. According to your location you will be informed of the most convenient payments methods about eight weeks before tour start, when we send you your booking reconfirmation.
